A raw, personal but communal lament for God’s attention, presence, and redemption.
Track 3 on the album, Lux Aeterna, will now deepen the cantata’s journey. After the Introit’s humble approach and the Kyrie’s penitent cry for mercy, this track becomes a more personal cry from the depths, echoing Psalms 130 and 27. The goal is not just to be heard, but to be seen, understood, and answered—like a soul crying out from a hidden valley.
Psalm References: Psalm 130:1–6 (“Out of the depths I cry…”) and Psalm 27:7–9 (“Hear my voice when I call…”).
