High pressure will bring in low humidity and plenty of sunshine for today. Temperatures running slightly below average for this time of the year, but will quickly rebound to normal temperatures and humidity levels on Sunday.

Plenty of dry hours, but rain chances continue this weekend

DATON, Ohio(WDTN) – Flooding concerns continue until early afternoon for the Northern Miami Valley, this includes Auglaize, Mercer, Shelby and Logan counties.

After seeing a few early morning showers across the Miami Valley, lots of clouds will stay with us through the morning hours and a some breaks in the cloud cover this afternoon. Overall a decent day for the Dayton Air Show and all the other outdoor activities.

Yellowstone thermal spring erupts for 4th time in 60 years

BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) ” A thermal spring near Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park has erupted for the fourth time in the last 60 years, a park official said Thursday.Ear Spring on Yellowstone’s Geyser Hill went from being dormant on Saturday to spewing steam and water between 20 and 30 feet (6 and 9 meters) high, a height not recorded since 1957, said park spokesman Neal Herbert. It has since continued to erupt at a near-constant height of about 2 feet (0.6 meters), he said. […]
