Indiana Chamber Releases List of ‘Best Places to Work’, OrthoPediatrics Makes List

INDIANAPOLIS – More than 100 Hoosier companies have bragging rights to tout to potential employees or clients. The businesses have been named to the 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana list, which is presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber Wednesday released the list of companies that made the initial round. In April, a ranking of the 125 businesses will be released during the chamber’s annual awards dinner.

Decatur, Huntington Dairy Plants To Be Included In Dean Foods Sale

FORT WAYNE — Two local plants are likely to be included in a transfer to a farmers’ cooperative — while others owned by troubled conglomerate Dean Foods have been left off the list.

Dairy Farmers of America, a major farmer-owned coop, has put in a bid for a “substantial” part of Dean Foods’ business.

As ABC21 previously reported, Dean, the country’s largest milk processor, filed for bankruptcy in November.

Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

1:57 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, North CR 100E, south of East CR 250N, Warsaw. Driver: Janan L. Wolfe, 57, West SR 205, Columbia City. Wolfe was traveling south on CR 100E when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $10,000.

Dr. Donald Minter

Dr. Donald Minter, 91, Goshen died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, at home.

He was born Nov. 26, 1928, in Nappanee, to John and Mabel (Stover) Minter.

On June 19, 1954, he married Martha “Marty” Forsyth at Calvary Episcopal Church in Conshohocken, Penn.
