Missing Ark City swimmer found in debris south of Oklahoma stateline

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says it has found the body of 57-year-old Gary Reece of Arkansas City just south of the stateline.   Troopers found him tangled in debris under four feet of water just three tenths of a mile from where he disappeared on Thursday. People in Lewis pick up after storms

Some of the around 500 residents of Lewis come together to help one another after a tornado ripped through town. Volunteer firefighter Javier Holguin was one of them. “I mean, you got people walking around in people’s yards picking up, helping picking up, uh making sure everybody’s ok. Strong winds blamed for semi rollover east of El Dorado

Wind gusts knocked over a semi on Highway 54 east of El Dorado today. It happened about a mile east of Rosalia, near the intersection of 54 and Cattle Pen Road. The truck’s driver was not injured, and tells KAKE News that his seatbelt saved his life. He says the wind and rain came on quickly. The truck was hauling 3,000 pounds of plastic cups.
