How to fix FeedsHTTPCache class could not be found

Update the database and get the FeedHTTPCache class error

$ drush updb

Do you wish to run all pending updates? (y/n): y
Setting the cache class for the cache_feeds_http bin failed because the FeedsHTTPCache class could not be found.  [error]
Please rebuild the Drupal class registry and perform database updates again.

Enable the Feeds module

$ drush en feeds
The following extensions will be enabled: feeds

feeds was enabled successfully.                                                                                   [ok]
feeds defines the following permissions: administer feeds

Update again

$ drush updb
Feeds  7213  Set cache class for Feeds HTTP cache.
Do you wish to run all pending updates? (y/n): y
Performed update: feeds_update_7213                                                                               [ok]
'all' cache was cleared.                                                                                          [success]
Finished performing updates.                                                                                      [ok]

Disable Feeds

$ drush dis feeds
The following extensions will be disabled: feeds
Do you really want to continue? (y/n): y
feeds was disabled successfully.
