Recently, I had to re-create a PowerBuilder toolbar image that was misplaced. The image was in an old version of the compiled application, but the source file was nowhere to be found.
Tools You’ll Need
- IrfanView
- Corel PhotoPaint or similar image editor (e.g. PhotoShop)
I began by capturing the image from the running program using IrfanView’s screen capture. I cropped this image to 16x16 and made the “background” the ugly magenta (255,0,255) color used so frequently for PowerBuilder graphics.
